One-Piece Rubber Roofs

A flat roof in Evesham with lapped joints gives water several places to get in, which a single EPDM sheet avoids. Regent Roofing strips the old covering, replaces soft boards and lays the rubber in one piece wherever the roof shape allows.

Alongside Evesham, EPDM roofs are laid across Pershore, Worcester and Droitwich Spa, with Burcot near Bromsgrove as the base.

Why Choose Us

Why Choose Regent for EPDM

In Evesham, a rubber roof is recommended only where it suits, and you are told if GRP or felt would serve the roof better.

Rubbercover on Your Roof

You know the product going on: Rubbercover EPDM, laid as one sheet wherever the shape of the roof allows it.

No Flame Needed

The sheet is glued down cold with adhesive, so no gas torch or naked flame comes anywhere near your roof.

Edges Sealed In

Trims, upstands, outlets and pipe details are all finished in EPDM, leaving no weak spots.

Honest Comparison

GRP and felt are fitted too, so if rubber is not the best fit for your roof you hear it first.

What Is an EPDM Rubber Roof?

EPDM stands for ethylene propylene diene monomer, a synthetic rubber made into large sheets for flat roofs. It is laid over a timber deck, bonded with adhesive and finished with trims, giving a flexible covering that resists sunlight and frost.

Can EPDM Be Fitted in One Piece?

On most domestic flat roofs, yes. Rubbercover EPDM comes in sheet sizes large enough to cover a typical extension, garage or dormer without joins. Larger roofs may need a seam, which is made with a dedicated joining tape.

Can EPDM Be Used on a Balcony or Terrace?

EPDM is designed mainly for roofs that see occasional maintenance rather than daily use. For a roof that people will stand on often, GRP fibreglass is usually the better choice, and that is explained when the roof is inspected.

Does Fitting a Rubber Roof Involve Heat?

No. Rubbercover EPDM is bonded to the deck with adhesives, so no torches or hot bitumen are needed. That removes a fire risk during fitting, which is useful on roofs close to timber, windows or a neighbouring property.
